The Portsmouth Athenaeum Chamber Music concert series begins with the Noree Chamber Soloists. The Noree Chamber Soloists is a NY-based ensemble that shares a unique virtuoso concerto and chamber music program. Their artists have appeared on prestigious stages, won top international competitions, including Queen Elizabeth, Klein, Benedetto Mazzacurati Cello, and Anton Rubinstein Piano Competitions, and participated in festivals including Marlboro, Music@Menlo, Verbier, Kneisel Hall, and the Perlman Music Programs. As a young ensemble, Noree Chamber Soloists is committed to developing the next generation of audiences through compelling programming and supporting classical musicians by creating exciting performance opportunities.
