Autumn News at the Athenaeum

The fall issue of the Athenaeum newsletter takes us from the attic of the Athenaeum (and the final resting place of two fishing spears donated in 1827) to the future of the Portsmouth Archive Project and the state of our State Street storage space. The Athenaeum’s new Research Librarian and Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator introduce themselves, and researcher Janet Polasky is profiled. Plus, we hear from our staff members about what they’re up to.

Thank you to our newsletter editor Sherry Wood, newsletter designer Tom Lynch, and all the contributing writers.
