 ffshore Stealth Wealth and the New Colonialism" with Brooke Harrington.\n\
 nBrooke Harrington is Professor of Sociology at Dartmouth and her recently
  published book is a Financial Times best book of the year.  The deep div
 e reveals what offshore finance costs us all\, and how it has colonized th
 e world- not on behalf of any one country\, but to benefit a largely invis
 ible empire of a few thousand billionaires.\n\nProf. Harrington will discu
 ss her work in conversation with Proprietor Gil Barndollar. A reception wi
